After 7 years in commercial construction, he spent 13 years in a CAC, securing financial sustainability through initiatives like the Thrift Shoppe and capital campaign. His leadership at ACFAN has led to landmark legislation and a growing fund that supports centers statewide, ensuring equal access to care for all victims.

Catherine Doyle, Program Coordinator, holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and a dual Masters in Health Science and Biostatistics. After working in both the social work and healthcare fields, Catherine served for 5 years in a CAC as their Executive Director.

Jessica Nicely, a survivor of child abuse, founded Winged Hope Family Advocacy Foundation in 2013, serving over 60,000 people across Arizona. She has been a spokesperson for Prevent Child Abuse America, a speaker for the Arizona ACE Consortium, and a volunteer on the Arizona Foster Care Review Board. Jessica is a published author, former
